You have two options with upfront payment.

First option is you sign-up and pay via online payment options. We reach out to you to discuss your needs and help you to define the scope with the right priorities. Agree on a start date to deliver the agreed work scope.

Second option is you reach out to us to discuss your needs and we help you to define the scope and priorities of the engagement. We will then send you an invoice for the advance payment. Once the payment is received, we will start the engagement.

If for some reason the agreed hours are not used in the month, we will roll over the unused hours to the next month. If you have decided to stop the engagement then the outstanding hours will be payed back to you.

Based on our engagement with you we will deliver a clear document upfront on the agreed scope of work and deliverables. We will clearly state the priorities as agreed with you. We also offer three days of revision time per start of each month to ensure that we are on the right track to deliver value to you and give you flexibility.

After each month we will provide you with a report on the work done and the hours used.
